It depends on the tree’s size, the access, whether a stump is ground, and how much debris there is to haul. A tree in the open is much cheaper than one tight against a house or a power line. After we see it, you get a written price.
Is topping a tree a good way to make it smaller?
No. Topping stresses a tree, invites decay into the large cuts, and forces weak regrowth that fails later. Proper crown reduction and thinning are the right way to manage size, and that is what we do.
Can you remove a tree close to my house or fence?

Do you grind the stump too?
Yes. We grind stumps out below grade so the spot can be replanted, sodded, or paved, and the regrowth and trip hazard are gone. It can be part of the removal or a separate job.
