This site describes the landscaping services we offer, the areas we serve, and how to request a free on-site estimate. It is provided for general information. Nothing on this site is an offer of a fixed price, a design proposal, or professional advice for your specific property.

Every estimate we give is free, on-site, and in writing. We do not quote landscaping work sight unseen, because an honest price depends on things we have to see, including the space, the grade, the drainage, and access. Any figures or ranges mentioned anywhere on this site are general context only and are not a quote.

• A written estimate becomes binding only when it is issued by us in writing and accepted by you
• An estimate may be revised if the scope changes, or if site conditions are found that could not be seen during the visit
• Submitting a form on this site is a request for an estimate, not a contract for work

Work we carry out is governed by the written estimate and any contract you sign with us, not by this website. Where those documents and this site differ, the signed documents control.

Specialty Landscape Inc. holds California contractor license CSLB #1058363 and carries a bond and active workers’ compensation coverage. License status can be verified through the California Contractors State License Board.

The cities and communities listed on this site describe where we usually work. Listing an area is not a guarantee that we can take on a given project there, and a project outside those areas is not automatically declined. Call or text us and we will tell you straight.

You may view and print pages from this site for your own use in planning a project. You may not:

• Copy, republish, or resell any part of this site for commercial purposes
• Use our photographs, project images, text, or logo without our written permission
• Attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or its availability
